GIG Car Share (2018-2020)
As the lead content strategist and producer on this startup within a legacy brand (AAA), I was the guardian of Gig's tone and voice. I worked closely with product, operations and the leadership team to make sure all our messaging was aligned, clear and effective. As the creative director for a clean-tech consulting firm, I had the privilege of running a web-site redesign for a bio-energy company. During my first year at Salesforce I managed the relationship with our podcast vendors and helped produce our IT leader-focused executive interview show, IT Visionaries. During my time managing the show improved downloads by 30% year over year, improved episode consumption by 34% and brand awareness by 20%. While at Atlassian my team took on building a content cluster around "effective meeting" search terms. We started by looking at high-value terms and then deciding what pieces of content would fit. Leading up to the launch of AutoNation's new micro lease program the team needed fresh perspective on communicating the product to the public. I came on to lend copy writing and content strategy support. I outlined the necessary pieces for launch and beyond.
